Warranty & Ordering

Warranty

All Radical Design items carry a lifetime warranty. However, the warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear. For example, if your Radical Design Chestpack is left unused in storage for ten years before you discover (on first use) that it wasn’t sewn correctly, then replacement or refund is covered by warranty. However, if the Chestpack is used on a daily basis over an extended period of time (for example, four months) in severe weather conditions, then any issues will be attributed to normal wear and tear and will not be covered by the warranty.

You can buy the Chestpack at selected outdoor stores or direct from Radical Design.

Ordering from an outdoor store
